As Vice President, Head of Capital Formation, Christopher Goff oversees all capital raising for Crescent’s GP Invitation Funds and deal-by-deal syndications. Mr. Goff serves as the primary contact for all investors and manages all internal investment processes. Previously, Christopher spent three years managing hotel acquisitions and developments across all hospitality product types ranging from select-service to luxury full-service hotels. Based in Fort Worth, Mr. Goff joined Crescent Real Estate LLC in 2020 as Director, Investments.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Goff worked for Castle Hill Partners, a real estate private equity firm focused on development of long duration master planned communities and targeted real estate investments requiring repositioning or complex debt resolutions. Additionally, Mr. Goff worked for CAVU Venture Partners, a consumer-focused venture capital firm with offices in New York, Austin and Los Angeles. Mr. Goff spent six years in New York City as an Associate at WM Capital Partners focused on distressed debt investments and special situations loan originations across all commercial real estate asset classes, and at Smith & Associates where he focused on international account management and supply chain analytics in the semiconductor industry.

Mr. Goff graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics where he was a University Honors Scholar and earned the NYU Founder’s Day Award and Wallace Gobetz Memorial Award in recognition of graduating number one in his class. Mr. Goff also graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Business Administration concentrating in Private Equity and Real Estate Finance where he was recognized as one of Poets & Quants: 100 Best & Brightest MBAs globally.

Christopher Goff remains active in his community and with the University of Texas Real Estate Center. He runs marathons as a fundraiser for numerous charities, including Shatterproof, Guide Dogs UK, and Home Base. Mr. Goff is currently the Co-Head of the Dallas/Fort Worth Junior Council and National Junior Board Member for Shatterproof, the nation’s preeminent non-profit dedicated to combatting the epidemic of substance use disorder in the United States.

Andrew Lombardi serves as Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Real Estate LLC where he oversees all corporate operational aspects of the company and provides strategic direction and oversight to the accounting, finance, legal, human resources, and information technology departments. Additionally, Mr. Lombardi oversees all debt for the company and serves as Chief Compliance Officer.

Mr. Lombardi joined Crescent in 2010 and has previously served as Asset Management Counsel, Vice President, Corporate Counsel, and more recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel.  Prior to joining Crescent, he practiced law in Fort Worth, Texas.

Additionally, Mr. Lombardi has been named one of The 400 most influential and powerful leaders in Greater Fort Worth by FW Inc. Magazine, 2019-2024; a “Top Attorney” by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine years 2008 through 2023; “Rising Star” in Real Estate by Texas Monthly Super Lawyers in 2010; and one of 2013’s “40 Under 40” by the Fort Worth Business Press. He was also awarded the DFW Outstanding Corporate Counsel Award for M&A Deal of the Year in 2021 and previously served as an adjunct professor of management at Texas Christian University from 2011-2016. Mr. Lombardi is a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Fort Worth Leading Edge, a member of the State Bar of Texas, and member of the Tarrant County Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Cook Children’s Health Foundation and the Executive Committee of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Lombardi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business and a Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
