Plans and directs all GFWAR community outreach efforts to advance GFWAR's mission and strategic goals. Creates a plan for involvement that includes a budget for contributions and sponsorships of community events. Enhances the visibility of GFWAR in the community and promotes and encourages REALTOR® involvement in community events. New Members welcome.

DIV-INC seeks to increase association participation among diverse REALTOR® members at all levels of association involvement, and have a positive impact on the cultural conversations in our area related to diversity through education, exposure, and strategic partnerships. New Members welcome.

Administers a scholarship for deserving students in the greater Fort Worth area. The Board is looking for new members who are interested in participating in fundraising for the scholarship, publicizing its availability to area schools, and distributing the funds through review of applications. Coordinates the master schedule of all association events. Plans all GFWAR events including Installation, the Annual Membership Meeting, affiliate appreciation, and additional special events as needed. New Members welcome.

As representatives of the Association, the committee will provide direct outreach to the membership through personal contacts to inform about programs, events, and services, and provide a conduit for members to communicate with GFWAR. New Members welcome.

Helps our local members connect with the right resources when working with international buyers and sellers of both commercial and residential properties. Education and networking opportunities lead to increased awareness of globally-influenced markets and the nuances of working with global clients. New Members welcome.

Makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding support of candidates for elective office and stays informed on matters of local, state, and national governments. (Limited appointments.)

This committee plans the Leasing Management Forum, and stays informed on issues regarding property management. Meets quarterly. New Members welcome.

Reviews and makes recommendations in all matters relating to NTREIS and enforces the rules and regulations of MLS. (Limited appointments.)

Develops and implements the professional development programs offered through the Association, from Coffee Talks to classes. This committee also encourages members to participate in NAR Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), provides education on professional etiquette, and helps communicate NAR Code of Ethics requirements. This committee communicates the mission and importance of TREPAC to the membership and stays informed on local, state, and national legislation. It also raises funds through direct member contact, cultivation of major investors, and events. New Members welcome.
